Betty and Lola uses Australia Post, allowing you to track your order from placement to delivery.

Free Shipping on all fashion orders over $150 within Australia.

$10.00 flat rate for all fashion orders under $150 within Australia.

Heavy items including (but not limited to) gift hampers, pots, furniture and rugs are excluded from this free shipping. Please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If there is no one to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. You will then be required to collect from Australia Post during their opening hours.

Once orders have been dispatched they cannot be re-directed.

Delivery times

Express items will be sent within 1- 2 days and incur a seperate fee at time of check out. For standard post please allow 7-10 business days for all Australian orders.
