Betty and Lola uses Australia Post, allowing you to track your order from placement to delivery.

Free Shipping on all fashion orders over $150 within Australia.

$15.00 flat rate for all fashion orders under $150 within Australia.

Bulky or heavy items including (but not limited to) gift hampers, cushions, pots, furniture and rugs are excluded from this free shipping. Please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If there is no one to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. You will then be required to collect from Australia Post during their opening hours.

Once orders have been dispatched they cannot be re-directed.

All preorder items are clearly labelled and include their approx delivery date. If your order contains any preorder items, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the final piece has arrived in store. If you would like your in stock items prior to the preorder items, please process your orders separately 

Delivery times

Express items will be sent within 1- 2 days and incur a seperate fee at time of check out. For standard post please allow 7-10 business days for all Australian orders. 

International Shipping

Betty and Lola is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally.

CURRENTLY AUSTRALIA IS UNABLE TO SHIP TO THE USA - PLEASE NO USA ORDERS

All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out. The delivery charge will be shown as a separate item in your shopping cart.
